Let with care.
Letting guidance that keeps the asset well presented and well managed.
Three ways we let with care — open any box.
Let with care. Clear advice. Careful presentation. A letting path that respects the asset.
Let · Preparation
Same time and energy as a sale — that is how you achieve the best rent.
Same energy as a sale
We prepare a rental with the care we bring to selling.
Floor plans + professional pictures
Clear layout and presentation so the home reads properly.
Full marketing toolbox
Not secondary advertising — the same professionalism throughout.
Let · Process
From contracts to ongoing care — each step deliberate, so the tenancy starts well.
Contracts and compliance via specialist proptech — not guesswork.
Condition documented from day one — so both sides know where they stand.
Prepared and presented professionally — setting the tone tenants are expected to keep.
Rent chased on time — so small issues do not become expensive ones.
Let · Fee structure
Clear landlord fees on instruction — and a structure built for today’s tenant reform climate.
These fees are charged to landlords, not tenants. All prices include VAT at 20%.
Among the few fee structures that protect the landlord any time a tenant serves notice in the 12 months.
As an agent we are here to protect you — including from what we see as government overreach.
Tenants: we do not charge any fees banned under the Tenant Fees Act 2019. Permitted payments — rent, a tenancy deposit, a holding deposit and any permitted default fees — are explained at offer stage.
